Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In the original packaging with tags, manuals, or any accessories

  • Certain items like [personal care, customized, or clearance products] may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For a faster exchange, you may return the product and place a new order.
